Dulwich C extensions and stand-alone Windows installation of bzr

Don't worry about that ;-)

Even if I need to install Python, grab the files, then uninstall it,
it's easier than switching to Python-based bzr.

Copied where?  That information is also missing.

Anyway, I don't want to keep you-all busy people occupied with this
issue, instead of doing more useful things with your time.  My
conclusion is that it is impractical to do what I wanted, and the only
way to have those extensions on Windows is to have them packaged with
the standalone installer.  I hope Someone™ will do that some day, TIA.
