That looks like a UNIX time_t; if so, it's in UTC, which would
give a time of:
    Thu Sep  1 20:36:40 2011
which is plausible, given:
    start: 2011-09-01 21:10:23

That makes the other lines somewhat less plausible -- it means
the delay from timestamp creation till "start:" is two hours 
longer than you've shown.  But could it be that PQM was just
really backed up at the time?
