I did just run into some warnings for cython 0.15, which I'm tracking
in bug #837221.[1] I'm planning to switch to 0.15 when I can. I'm
guessing there will be more fallout than just this. Specifically 0.15
changed stance from implicitly initializing variables to requiring it
to be explicit. I'm hoping there won't be a lot of fallout vs
maintaining Pyrex compatibility as well.

If you can at least put your patches on the bugs, it will give us a
better way of tracking it. Even better if you want to go as far as
creating a branch and pushing it up as well.

Thanks for the heads up,
John
