[ANNOUNCE] bzr-svn 1.1.0

I'm very happy to announce the release of the next version of bzr-svn,
1.1.0 (https://launchpad.net/bzr-svn/1.1/1.1.0). This release was long
overdue, and adds support for bzr 2.3 and 2.4 as well as fixing a large
number of bugs.
