Getting started with a content filter

Do you have a bug open for this? I've created a Wiki page here:

That would provide at least a single point where the use-cases are
documented, so anyone can pick it up.

(Side note: The wiki seems partly broken. In particular,
http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/CategorySpecification does not show
anything, and the "search bazaar" text in the top right is partly
obscured by the search box itself.)
