[ANN] bzr 2.3.4 has gone gold

Hi,

Time has come for a new stable release: 2.3.4.

There are only a few bug fixes there but we need to get through the SRU
process on Ubuntu Natty and it has been blocked on a potential
regression between 2.3.1 and 2.3.3.

I'll make the official announcement next Tuesday morning UTC
(2011-07-18) with... whatever packages/installers are available at this
point.
