Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 2.4.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 2.4.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

For once, there are a number of real of changes:
bzr shell:
 - Exceptions are logged quietly (Martin [gz]).
 - Readline is not required (Martin [gz]).

bzr zap --store uses pipelines to store uncommitted changes.

bzr export
 - tarballs with non-ascii filenames now work.
 - .tar.xz and .tar.lzma files are now supported (Jelmer).

graph functionality migrated from bzrlib (Jelmer).

API compatibility updates

setup.py does not execute on import (Robert Collins).

DiffWriter provides writelines method (Jelmer).
