[ANN] Bazaar Explorer 1.1.4 released

I've just released Bazaar Explorer 1.1.4. This is maintenance release, 
and it will be mostly interested for windows users of Bazaar Explorer.
Now windows installer for Bazaar Explorer has send2trash library bundled.

Official standalone windows installer for 2.4b5 and higher should have 
the same fix soon.
