Get rid of the ~bzr-core team?

Sorry about the (now reversed) membership of ~bzr-core in ~olive-team.
Jelmer asked for this as part of a set of permission changes and I
just did it, without thinking about the impact on bug mail. So
anything we can do to simplify this would be good.

There is now the ~bzr-codereview-subscribers which ought to suffice
for people like Aaron who want to know about all bzr reviews.

You should now be able to ask for that:

I haven't personally used that feature but I believe it works.
So it seems that yes, we can get rid of ~bzr-core along the lines maxb
describes.
