Our new In-Flight Entertainment system has still some rough edges
(including a non-native English Pilot).

We're eager to satisfy your needs so please ask any specific questions
that could help making our announcements clearer.

As far as 'One more Bazaar Airlines flight on time !' is concerned,
actually, that wasn't a metaphor, at all. Ryan Air is a low cost
(European) company very proud about landing on time. When a plane land,
they play some kind of trumpet jingle (quite loudly) followed by an
announcement saying: "One more flight landing on time" or something
along these lines I don't remember exactly.

Overall the impression is a bit silly and almost cartoon'esque.

So don't worry, you missed nothing important here.

I'm not a native English speaker myself so please be patient while I'll
get up to speed with truly international jokes ;)

As for metaphors, I try to always a keep a serious counterpart in plain
English while I explore the various parallels between Bazaar the DVCS
and its Airline counter-part. If I fail, feedback welcome, I'll clarify.
