Team ~bzr-codereview-subscribers created - ~bzr and ~bzr-core members wanted codereview email, please join it

Based on the recent thread "Proposal: Unsubscribe ~bzr from all code
review mail", I have now:


1) Created a new team, ~bzr-codereview-subscribers.

2) Subscribed it to all the series branches of the 'bzr' project for
code review notifications.

3) As a temporary compatibility measure, made ~bzr and ~bzr-core members
of ~bzr-codereview-subscribers.

4) Removed all branch subscriptions from ~bzr and ~bzr-core.


Please could members of ~bzr and ~bzr-core who would like to continue
receiving code review notification emails for all of bzr join the new
team as direct members - I propose in one week to remove ~bzr and
~bzr-core from ~bzr-codereview-subscribers, at which point, those of us
in ~bzr who do not want code review emails for the entire project will
no longer have to receive them.
