Commit extremely slow

That's fair, John.  Rather than say they've solved it, I should say they
solved it by design...by not supporting sftp.  The smart server is better.
That said this remains a significant adjustment for people who want to move
from centralized to dvcs.  We all expect to pay more for the power of
dvcs...but we do not expect that cost to be a significant impact in our
development cycles.   Based on experience with git remote repos, I believe
bzr has significant opportunities.  And I am confident that bzr will
continue to converge on the best reasonably achievable real world
performance because of the efforts of you and the whole bzr community.
