Cessation of jaunty support in all ~bzr PPAs

Jaunty has now been removed from the archive mirrors (present only on
old-releases.u.c)

I think that's a good cue to cease supporting it in the PPAs.

I'll move all jaunty packages over to bzr/obsolete tomorrow if there are
no objections.
