bzr-2.3.3-3-setup.exe has been uploaded which fixes the paramiko issue.

We still have a bug that fastimport isn't getting packaged properly, but
it needs a change to bzr's setup.py script. And I have a merge request
pending. That has been a bug for a long time, though, so I'm not going
to block on it.
