Can bzr team host my branch for translation target until i18n is merged? (Re: i18n test environment on Lauchpad staging.

I've setup https://launchpad.net/bzr to use launchpad for translations with:

- bzr trunk as the focus,

- Launchpad translators as the translation group,

- 'structured' as policy (lp oopses when clicking on 'Help on choosing a
  policy so I guessed, we can change it later)

based on David's recommendations, feedback/corrections welcome, my
intent was to keep the ball rolling.
