How to export translated messages from Launchpad? (Re: i18n test environment on Lauchpad staging.

Well, mo files are binary, and therefore I think we'd better avoid to
store them in the branch. In the end mo files can be compiled from po
files, and po files are just text files which is much better for
version control.

I think compiling po -> mo is the task of the packagers. We can add
such target. Should we? I can't say. I'd like to hear opinion of
people who is better understand packager needs.
