incorporate other repos as subtree

Hi,
    We have a project using bzr that now needs to incorporate an
external project that uses git.

    So how do we manage this?

    The git proj we want to extend with specialized changes but we also
want to pull in any bug fixes and maybe enhancements from the original
git project as well. 

    This git proj sits in a subtree of our bzr project. 
/bzrproject/down/the/tree/gitsubapp

    So I guess we use the bzr-git plugin.  Does that allows us to work
normally with this git app?

    Is there a tutorial anywhere that shows this type of integration?
