Breaking python2.4 compatibility for bzr-2.4

On Wed, Apr 20, 2011 at 11:43:02PM -0400 I heard the voice of

The default in ports switched to 2.7 about a month and a half ago.
Previously it went to 2.6 in June 2009.  That's plenty long enough to
not much care about anything older.

It does not; it uses its own pkgsrc (also used by Dragonfly and some
other places AIR).  It seems well behind; they updated to bzr 2.1.1 in
December 2010 (from 2.0.3 in Feb 2010).
