OK, the ppa is deleted. I mentioned it in <http://bazaarvcs.wordpress.com/2011/04/12/updated-bzr-nightly-packages/> in case anyone is surprised it's gone. I can't actually delete the team at the moment because of <https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/758274>. Martin
