ignore problem

I've recently (last month or so) started seeing "bzr add" failing to
place files under source control.  The latest candidates are
TsipCallbacks.cpp, and TsipCallbacks.hpp.  My .bazaar/ignore file is
at the bottom of this email, and I can't find any permutations of
'Tsip' or 'Callbacks' in it anywhere - is there something I'm missing?
 I know it's being used, because removing the *.a line does indeed
make all the .a files show as not under source control, but 'bzr
status' silently ignores my Tsip files, they never show up as unknown,
this makes a major problem, I can't rely on new files I've generated
going in reliably, and I work in multiple separate locations.

I just ran into the dreaded "ShortReadvError" bug last month (which is
supposed to be aggravated by ext4) - anyone think my ubuntu system is
just going unstable?
