For the record, this shouldn't be read as any sort of denigration of
the existing bzr-colo plugin.  Just that really integrating the
functionality calls for some basic adjustment in how we conceptually
put pieces together.  You couldn't get away with doing that in a
plugin if you wanted to   :)
