bzrlib version doesn't match the bzr program (bzr 2.2.3 on OS X)

It's hard to tell, but it seems that the bzr *script* is from a
different version. This script contains a _script_version variable at
its beginning that should tell you.

Why and how you end up in this situation is unclear though...
