Sloecode is a simple Bazaar hosting project.
Our initial requirements went something like this:
Users defined in a database and no local login needed on the hosting server
Private repositories for the students to host personal branches
Lecturers should be able to see the repositories of the students
Projects have private repositories only visible to the members of the project 
team, and the Lecturers
Simple URLs for getting access to the branches
Scalability isn't a priority
