Bazaar 2.3.0 cannot use external diff/merge program

Thank you so much for the replies! I just had to go to settings and remove the 
quotes from Diff application paths. Now its working but I still get this error 
window. Not an issue for me but thought I'd report it.

As I see you've got this with qbzr. Please, try the following: remove extra 
double quotes from diff settings, and replace backslashes with forward ones, 
i.e.

C:/Program Files (x86)/WinMerge/WinMergeU.exe

and say if it works for you. If not, please file a bug against qbzr, and attach 
the corresponding part of .bzr.log and qbzr.conf
