Rename 'bzr.webdav' Launchpad project to 'bzr-webdav'

The Launchpad project for the Bazaar WebDAV plugin is abnormally named
'bzr.webdav', not 'bzr-webdav'.

Would there be any objections to me renaming it to be consistent?

Thanks to Launchpad's project aliases, the old URLs in the webapp can be
made to redirect to the new name.

Branch access will for the most part break (resetting parent/push
locations will be necessary).
