I'm not sure quite which buttons you are referring to but if it is the
Tools->Register Project On sub-menu and options, then if you click on
File->Accessories... menu option and then in the Accessories dialog go to the
Clothes tab and select the Register on Launchpad item and then click the Disable
button it will remove this option.
