Bug or Feature?

I am asking here first just to deteremine whether it is appropriate to
file a bug report.

I just tried the command:

|> bzr mv 2010-11__2010-12-17:17:06+00:00.jpg 2010-11__201012171706.jpg
bzr: ERROR: Unsupported protocol for url "2010-11__2010-12-17:17:06+00:00.jpg"
|>

I know : is invalid in a Windows filename, even though it is entirely
fine in Debian and Ubuntu, that is why I am having to do the rename :-)
I am surprised at Bazaar's behaviour even though in hindsight I can see
why it is happening.
