You mean that if we were generating a tarball, we'd want to include it?
But we're actually generating a source package, and that doesn't
indirect through building a tarball. We generate the source package
directly from branches.

I don't mean generating it at binary build time. I thought we could run
arbitrary commands when building source packages.
