Slow "bzr branch" on Savannah

Go to <https://launchpad.net/>, follow the “Log in / Register” link on
the top-right.  IIRC it just requires a name and an email address, and
for you to validate the email address (by following a link in a
confirmation email).

Once registered, you need to add an SSH public key to your account to be
able to use bzr+ssh.  You can do that at
<https://launchpad.net/people/+me/+editsshkeys>.

Once you've done that you should be able to bzr branch from e.g.
<bzr+ssh://YOUR_LP_ID@bazaar.launchpad.net/+branch/emacs> (where
YOUR_LP_ID is whatever your launchpad username turns out to be, of
course).

[And if you run 'bzr launchpad-login YOUR_LP_ID' then in future lp: URLs
will use bzr+ssh automatically.]

It will be interesting to see the results!
