[ANN] 2.3.0 has gone gold

Thanks to everyone who helped with this release !

This is an announcement for the packaging people for them to get binary
packages built so that we can get a final release announcement out.

Packagers of the bzr world unite ! As mentioned previously, we'd like
the installers and packages for 2.3.0 to carry as much stable plugin
releases as possible.

Thanks to all the plugin authors who already made such releases !

If you're not one of them, don't despair, you can still do it ! Create a
release and, ideally, create a series targeted at bzr-2.3 so you can
continue feature development on your trunk being assured that you won't
break your stable version.

If you can't do that, get in touch with the packaging people to at least
tag the revision of your plugin that has been packaged (this is a shared
piece of knowledge better tracked on *your* trunk ;)

The release will be announced next Thursday so we have a bit more time
than usual to polish the plugins and the installers.
