annotate -rNNN for a removed file

On Mon, Jan 31, 2011 at 04:19:03PM -0600 I heard the voice of
John Arbash Meinel, and lo! it spake thus:

You could probably shortcut that a bit by revert'ing just the one file
back into existence.
