Mac OSX installer downgraded QtGui

Unfortunately, the installer has no idea that there is a newer version
installed. It's just unpacking files into their configured locations.

I'll investigate whether there's a way to run a script to detect the
version at the beginning of the installer and disable the installation
of our older Qt package.
