Hi Mélanie.

Firstly this error message should not stop you from committing. It's
just a warning message.

The 'rebase' plugin was renamed do 'rewrite', and unfortunately the
windows installer dose not remove the old rebase plugin. This is logged
here:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr-windows-installers/+bug/619358

A workaround is to delete the "C:\Program Files\Bazaar\Plugins\rebase"
directory manually.
