patch pilot report

I piloted some outstanding patches this week, getting about five
closed off or unblocked.

Generally speaking the queue is not so long, but there are a few
things from non-core developers that need to be finished off, in
particular Gordon's "mergetool" command
<https://code.launchpad.net/~doxxx/bzr/mergetools/+merge/40923> and
its companion.

spiv also has sent a bunch of fetch-related branches that still need review.
