update of Mac OS X Downloads page

The Mac OS X Downloads page needs to be updated.

It still has references to 2.2.0.  2.2.1 has been out for a while now, 
and 2.2.2 is now available.

It's so refreshing (almost amazing) to see OS X binaries before Windows
