My fix is for the benefit of developers working with a local dev copy of
bzr instead of the system-installed bzr. It shouldn't be important to
normal users.
That said, it would be nice to have the fix in my system-installed
explorer, so I don't have to keep redirecting it to a dev copy with this
fix in it. :)
As for risk, it was a fairly simple change. Here's the merge proposal if
