I've begun work on a maverick SRU.

I have a branch at lp:~maxb/ubuntu/maverick/bzr/sru, which currently
just has the merge of the 2.2.2 onto the branch I used for the 2.2.1
SRU. I expect to integrate the changes to actually run the tests during
the build, and a proper SRU debian/changelog over the weekend.
