Bzr fast-import not finding installed Hg

Hello all,

I'm in the process of converting an old Mercurial repository to Bzr.
I'm currently using Bzr 2.2.1, with a fresh install of Mercurial 1.7, on 
Windows XP SP3.

Both Bzr & Hg are included in the system's PATH.

However, I'm getting the following error:

$ bzr fast-export-from-hg ../cadv cadvfi.fi
bzr: ERROR: mercurial missing. Please install Mercurial 1.2 or later and 
try again.

What should I check for? Should I hold out until the next v2.3b3 release 
for Windows to see if it's fixed there?
