bzr-svn checkout corrupt?

As far as I can tell this isn't a sign of repository or working copy
corruption, but most likely a "normal" bug in bzr-svn. If you can file
one in Launchpad (preferably with instructions on how to reproduce it)
I'll have a look at fixing it.
