Debian package for Bazaar 2.2

We can only backport packages that are already in testing
(http://backports.debian.org/Contribute/). This means (as I understand
it) that we can't provide a 2.2.x backport but 2.1.2 is certainly
possible.

To get a new package into backports it's usually best to contact the
person that did the last upload (see
http://backports.debian.org/changes/lenny-backports.html).
