QBzrEclipse is a dead project?

Hi Russel,

I'm aware that the update site has recently gone down. I'm trying to
setup a new one and the project is not dead. I've just been overloaded
with the birth of my son 2 weeks ago so have very little time at the
moment to take care of this.
