Patch Pilot report for 11-15 October

In short: the review queue is alarmingly... almost empty.

Thanks to all reviewers, the queue was alarmingly *long* at the
beginning of the week: you've done an amazing job ! Especially
considering that more submissions came in during the week...

At the time of this writing, there are 2 mps waiting for testtools to be
upgraded on pqm (rt #41340), one that is almost good but needs some
discussion and one approved that should land soon.

All 4 of them from the same contributor that feels really lonely there,
so keep your submissions coming !

A note to people that have work in progress but haven't submitted yet:
merge from trunk and read the new way to document your changes (the NEWS
file is gone and Martin put up some good advices on how and where the
news entries should go) so you don't get conflicts when landing.

May be we can start addressing
