Resolved URLs for bzr-mac-installers branches have changed

BTW, it looks like somewhere is present a small bug. bzr info for 
branches that have such parent URL has %2B instead of +, while old style 
URLs with ~name shows tilde as tilde, e.g.

C:\Temp\intelhex>bzr info
Standalone tree (format: unnamed)
Location:
   branch root: .

Related branches:
   parent branch: bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/%2Bbranch/intelhex/

I don't think it's intended, isn't it?
