Yup. A single file should describe all the dependencies (to a certain
extent) for a specific release of bzr to build installers on all
platforms that require installers. For the moment, this is Windows and
Mac. The library puts no constraint on the naming of platforms, so we'll
have to settle on those by convention, e.g. "win32", "mac-10.6", etc.
