bazaar and ecryptfs

Good thought, Marco, thanks!  Then how about this slight change:

Keep the bazaar repo in the ~/Private directory (unencrypted) and
backup the encrypted directory.  I would have to ensure that the
unencrypted directory was not being used during backups.
