I'm pretty sure pyrex would work with 64-bit python. The main issue ATM
is that we don't have a setup for building bzr.exe for 64-bit python.

That, and as I said elsewhere, I don't think the extensions themselves
are all 64-bit safe. (Most will be, but we haven't specifically audited
for it.)
