bzr-fastimport status

Hi,

I'd like to know if the bzr-fastimport project is still maintained and
who would be the current maintainer.

I've been working on an issue around its usage with git [1] but I never
received any feedback on the issue.

Since I'm not very familiar with the plugin's code yet, would someone be
willing to help me out?
