[ANN] bzr 2.2.1 released !

I think the policy for stable releases should be to stick with the
plugins released in the previous stable releases *unless* there are
critical bugs fixed for them.

It's a *stable* release after all and the policy for bzr is to maintain
API strict compatibility  and fix only critical bugs there.
