[ANN] bzr 2.3b1 released ! (bzr-beta-ppa updated; some plugins uninstallable)

Now published into bzr-beta-ppa. The following packages in that PPA are
currently uninstallable, needing an update to be compatible with the new
version:

 bzr-gtk
 bzr-rewrite
 bzr-svn
 bzrtools
 loggerhead.
