bzr 2.2.1: Thursday 16th September

Just a reminder, 2.2.1 is freezing tomorrow (depending on your timezone.)

According to the irc topic, vila is going to be the RM for this, and
I'll pair with him.  We will probably actually cut the release Friday
morning European time so we can both be online.

2.2.1 has some good fixes so I think we will ask for an SRU of this
into Ubuntu Maverick.  It may not be possible to put it in before
their release freeze, but it should be possible to have it out soon
afterwards.
